The Heaviest Aluminum Extrusion they make with T-slots for quick
assembly. Includes

the
metal,
aluminum
and
steel,

self centering T-nuts and the rest
of the hardware required to
build the Pilot Pro
frame. All parts
are cut to size, cleaned, and bearing surfaces are milled. All the hole
center locations are pre-pecked on a CNC for accuracy (no templates

This contact probe is used to collect 3D information from
objects. The probe is a 5 way contact scanning
device with a 2mm ( .0787 in) diameter ruby tip.
The probe has a 1/4" shank for mounting in the spindle. Longer tips and
different diameters are available. When finished the scanned data is
smoothed and compensated for the tip
size, and saved as an STL CAD file.

STEEL BEARINGS AND ALUMINUM HOUSINGS
Large load carrying fixed-aligned 1/2"
bearings. These are specially made for PDJ for use in CNC machines from
WD. Typically these are assembled with plastic self-aligned bearings.
However, the plastic bearings are not suited for high load, precision
work. No one sells this combination but us. Normally the bearing sells
for around $20 and the housing for another $20. We have these as

WIRING KIT
36 feet of high current - high flex
cable made for repetitive movements. The 4 wire cable is a heavy 16
gauge, most machines use much smaller gauge wire. The heavy
gauge has less power loss and is preferred for running high current
