OPTION 3 - MACH3 CAM SOFTWARE
Take control of your CNC robotic router with MACH3 software.  This software generates G code and runs your machine, and is very easy to use. The software uses your parallel port to control the CNC directly. Or you can use a USB to parallel cable. This software has excellent support.

OPTION 7 - 8020 metal package and hardware for rails
The Heaviest Aluminum Extrusion they make with T-slots for quick assembly. Includes all the metal, aluminum and steel, and special self centering T-nuts and the rest of the hardware required to build the Pilot Pro frame. All parts are cut to size, cleaned, and bearing surfaces are milled. All the hole are drilled (no drilling required). This is ready for assembly. The Pilot Pro CNC and Projects DVD is included so you have all the plans and instructions.

OPTION 18 - LINEAR STEEL BEARINGS AND ALUMINUM HOUSINGS
Large load carrying fixed-aligned 1/2" bearings. These are specially made for PDJ for use in CNC machines from WD. Typically these are assembled with plastic self-aligned bearings. However, the plastic bearings are not suited for high load, precision work. No one sells this combination but us. Normally the bearing sells for around $20 and the housing for another $20. We have these as an assembled (bearing and housing) set for only-

OPTION 19 - MOTOR WIRING KIT
36 feet of high current - high flex cable made for repetitive movements. The 4 wire cable is a heavy 16 gauge, most machines use much smaller gauge wire. The heavy gauge has less power loss and is preferred for running high current loads. Also included are chrome blue flex tubes, heat shrink tubing, and cable ties.
