USA-
PDJ usually ships via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Tracking information is not available. Shipments are F.O.B. Please inspect all packages for any damage before opening. If there are any damages to the outside of the boxes please photograph them before opening and photograph any damage to the contents, this is necessary for insurance purposes. There may not be any damage to the contents even though the boxes are ruffed up. Inspect the contents carefully and let us know if you have any questions.

International-
Please email for an invoice which will include shipping charges.
Payment by Western Union Money Transfer or International Money Orders in U.S. funds is accepted. Please email for details.
The buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and charges.

PDJ accepts no responsibility or liability expressed or implied for any incidental or consequential damages (Including strict liability in tort) from the use of any product or service manufactured or sold by PDJ. PDJ shall not be liable to Buyer, or any other party, for any loss, damage, injury or expense of any kind or nature caused directly or indirectly by the equipment or the failure of the equipment to operate properly. This includes any delays in delivery. Use all products at your own risk. You can not sue me under any circumstances! If your state's law still allows you to sue me, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for the machine which must be returned.

Unlimited support:
No time limit on support for all sales by phone or email. Software ownership is transferred to the buyer and conditions for software use and maintenance are between the buyer and the software manufacture.

CANCELLATION:
100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy-
Canceled orders for machines or DIY packages must be made within 15 days after delivery. The machine must be unused and in new condition to qualify. An RMA number must accompany all returns. Please call or email for an RMA number. It may take about 30 business days to process the return. Buyer pays for the return shipping, insurance for the full amount, and proper packaging. No shipping charges or other fees are refundable including credit card fees. There may be a restocking fee applied to the refund depending on the condition of the returned machine.

The Pilot Pro CD or DVD does not apply and is not refundable due to the ease of copying the data. An exchange is offered for a defective CD for 7 days after delivery.

PAYMENT:
All orders are pre-paid in full before the order is processed. The buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs, all taxes, and fees. The buyer is responsible for these costs even if they are not itemized at the time the order is placed.

We prefer the use of Google invoices for payment but will also accept other forms. Payments by company check, money order, and Western Union Money Transfers are accepted, please email for details.

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
PDJ products (except CDs or DVDs) have a one-year limited warranty on faulty materials, and bad workmanship. Defective parts that occur within 30 days will be replaced. After 30 days parts will be repaired or replaced based on the discretion of PDJ. The buyer assumes all return shipping costs. PDJ will not be responsible for any losses or damage due to defective parts. This warranty does not cover normal wear, rust, consumable items, misuse, mistakes, negligence, or accident. This warranty does not cover parts that have been altered by the Buyer or their employees.  PDJ does not provide in-depth training but will offer assistance. The procedures, software setups, and results are the sole responsibility of the buyer or end user. This warranty can not be extended due to the replacement or repair of any part. This warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original buyer.

These terms and conditions may be amended at any time without notice. By making any purchase from PDJ the Buyer is agreeing to these terms and conditions.
